This policy applies to the Globalia website and Android app, package app.globalia.android.
Information we process
Globalia processes the email address and optional name used to manage an account. When you use a service, we also process the information needed to deliver it: eSIM orders and activation status; calling numbers, call records, and live call signaling; support messages; purchase status; and device, app-version, and push-notification-token information. Microphone audio is transmitted for a live internet call and is not recorded by Globalia.
Why we use it
We use this information to authenticate you, deliver mobile connectivity and calling, process purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, protect the service, and diagnose reliability problems. Globalia does not request your address book, location, call log, storage, camera, SMS, or advertising identifier. Choosing a contact through Android's system picker shares only the number you select when you place a call.
Service providers
We use processors that provide hosting, email authentication, payment processing, eSIM fulfillment, telecommunications, push notifications, error monitoring, security, and customer support. They process information only to provide those services to us, except where a provider's own terms clearly say otherwise.
Retention and your choices
You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. We delete or de-identify account profile information, sessions, registered device tokens, and eligible service data. We may retain limited transaction, tax, anti-fraud, dispute, and telecommunications records where required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Those records remain restricted to those purposes and are deleted or anonymized when the retention obligation ends.

You can delete your account in the app from Profile → Account settings → Delete account, or submit a request from the web.
