Top up with your ICCID
Add data to an eSIM bought on Globalia with its ICCID, the number your phone shows for the eSIM. You don't need to sign in. The data is added once the payment is confirmed.
Where to find the ICCID
iPhone: open Settings → General → About and scroll down to ICCID. If more than one is listed, use the one for your Globalia eSIM.
Android: open Settings → About phone → SIM status and look for ICCID. Menu names vary between phone makers, and some phones do not show the ICCID at all.
Your Globalia order page and the email with your eSIM show it too.
This page never asks for your password or a sign-in code. Never share either with anyone, support included.
