Where can I see my Globalia data usage?+
Open your Globalia account and select the relevant fulfilled eSIM order. When the carrier reports usage, Globalia shows the amount used, the amount remaining for fixed-data plans, and the latest synchronization time.
Is data usage shown in real time?+
Usage depends on updates from the carrier network and can be delayed. Globalia shows the latest available carrier report and its update time, so your phone's own mobile-data counter may change sooner.
Can I check a call rate before dialing?+
Yes. Enter the complete international number in Globalia Calls to request a destination quote. The rate is checked again before the call connects, and charges are rounded up for each started minute.
Where do I review previous calls and messages?+
The Calls workspace includes recent supported calls, while the Messages tab shows conversations for SMS-capable Globalia Numbers. Availability depends on your account, number, carrier, and destination.
Can I manage a Globalia Number from my account?+
Yes. The Numbers area shows active number details, supported capabilities, the paid service period, and renewal controls. Billing and availability depend on the selected number and carrier.
How do I see what changed my balance?+
